Felix Rey and I experienced love at first sight a couple years ago when I saw their baby blue sequin bag with a pink sequin heart creation. It's still one of my favorite bags and I continue to love their quirky designs - so it's very exciting that Lily Band and Sulaika Zarrouk are doing a bag collection with Target. In stores today!!
